Bellagio Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bellagio Interiors, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Please note:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • To request a return, email us at info@bellagiointeriors.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, items must be returned promptly for inspection.
  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet our return standards.
  • Once approved, the client must provide their banking details and email address for the refund to be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the client’s bank account within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Payments made via card on our POS machine will exclude the original bank processing fee, which is non-refundable.

For damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including supporting photographs.
